To access learning resources, you must create an account, provide accurate information, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities.

Certain courses may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Synergy Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

Courses and content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy or outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Synergy Foundation is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.
